Individual Sessions

Individual Yoga for Adults and Kids

Individual (one-on-one) yoga instruction, or Yoga Therapy, is a more individualized and focused way to develop bodily awareness, mindful breathing, and a greater sense of comfort and strength in one's body. Specifically tailored to the needs of the individual, Yoga Therapy utilizes hands on support and realigning to release bodily tension and to shift holding patterns.   • Depression/lack of energy
  • Chronic stress or anxiety
  • Problems with attention (ADHD)
  • Injuries or chronic pain
  • Traum (PTSD)

Yoga Therapy sessions are generally 45-60 minutes in length and are held in our studio, or in the the comfort of your home. Sessions must be booked in advance and there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
