Kids Classes
Yoga Kids: ages 4-5
A fun, creative class designed to stimulate a young child's imagination and curiosity through interactive yoga poses, songs, stories, and games.
Yoga Youth: ages 6-9
Kids stretch and strengthen their bodies with flowing sequences and balancing poses, encouraging a deeper sense of bodily awareness. Breathing techniques and relaxation exercises allows kids to channel impulses in a positive way, instilling calm and confidence. Along with partner poses and fun interactive activities kids build trust and connectedness.
